Upload the preview image as a .jpg and the actual 'Wallpaper' as a .bmp(larger file but better quality) or .jpg in a .zip file. Make sure the preview image has a different file name than the .zip file

Actually he did change his nick...He used to be 'BoXXxi' which was 'Citizen' status until he got a little flak in a thread for it being so close to the 'Real' BoXXi and was on the verge of being exiled. It was changed the next day and he was promoted... Go figure
