I saw that mail too Warren but at the time I had so much time left on my subscription I didn't bother renewing.I never heard of any bill or subscription that had to be paid two years in advance to qualify for features,it seems unfair to me. Say for example I paid my water bill for the next six months tomorrow would I be expected to pay another six months next week so I can take a shower in the meantime? Take care not to kill the cash cow Stardock. Mooo! <img src="http://images.

I would hope they are CRobin.By the way that's the exact message I got when I got the bsod. It's extremely frustrating as my pc is new and I can't use the remote control for the media centre feature due to the fact that the remote sensor has to be unplugged to prevent bsod on reboot. So basically I have a new pc which I can't use in it's full glory...unless I dump WindowBlinds. As soon as I stated in this thread which USB devices were plugged in PurrBall knew what to do,so I can only

Hi,I am thinking of buying Corel Draw X3 as I need to replace my graphics software (Corel PSP X)which doesn't work on my new vista PC. I noticed on Amazon that there is a "student/teacher" version of X3 which is considerably cheaper than the full version.I qualify as a student at the moment (albeit a rather ancient one)and I am curious as to what the difference is between the two versions. Are vital features omitted or is it just the uber technical stuff that is left out? If this is

I'm concerned because this is a new PC I have here and I can't use the remote control for the media centre feature if I have WB installed (due to having to unplug the remote sensor). Question to Stardock...will this issue be fixed so I can use all the features on my new PC as well as WindowBlinds ?

I just got a new PC with Vista Home Premium on it last week. I hadn't planned to do this and was quite happy with my customized XP machine but on Monday last week my apartment was flooded while I was away at friends. My PC and several other electrical items were powered up and of course they were all destroyed by the flood.Thankfully the apartment didn't go up in flames though. So I claimed on my home insurance and presto! a brand new super computer was delivered to me on Friday. <img src

LOL DEVJIT you're telling one of the most intelligent and dedicated people here (Bebi) how to comment and behave here. She merely replied with the facts...then you insult her. Nice. Sorry Bebi,I know you can fight your own battles but this guys comments really pissed me off.

I started this thread : WWW Link as I was getting a Win32k.sys error + BSOD on each reboot. In my case a solution was found. It was a usb device causing it,but only when WB was installed..weird,but a happy ending.

I'm getting a warning message each time I start Icon Developer on Vista Home Premium : If I click ok ID opens but I just wondered what the error is. I tried re-installing but to no avail. Thanks in advance for any advice. Peace

My bsod listed win32k.sys issues too CRobin,so maybe it is a common problem with usb devices.I have limited experience of this but maybe someone else can help.

PS All the latest drivers are installed and I have tried both the new beta WB and the previous version.I have also scoured the ATI website for a solution but I might as well have tried to contact Elvis through a medium. I notice that directx 10 is installed on this new pc.Is this needed to make Vista work? Can I change back to directx 9?I can't see anywhere that the gfx card is dx10 compatible(although I can't imagine why it would be supplied with the pc if it wasn't suitable) so maybe I need

I just got a new PC ,it's a HP A6085UK with Radeon X1650SE and Vista Home Premium. Aero effects etc all work great and I started re-loading my Stardock stuff once I had completed set up. There is a major problem with WindowBlinds though...every time I reboot I get BSOD and have to re-start from options given ( I chose 'start normally'). Here's my WB system info: (it looks to be installed ok) Your computer has a Windows Experience Index base score of 4.2 Your Windows Gra

I have Virgin broadband and they provide a free anti virus/firewall/anti-spyware suite called PC Guard. It's excellent and uses a fraction of the resources that Norton uses.It also has other features such as identity theft protection, parental controls,pop-up stopper etc. I have tried Trend PC Cillin too (this years version) but had to get a refund from Trend as it used a colossal ammount of memory and was virtually unusable on my machine. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/smiles/S
