Well it seems like there has been a lot of bad news being shared lately and I have more to share. My younger sister has been battling stage 4 cervical cancer for a few months now. I just got word from my father today that her kidneys have shut down and she only has a few days at best to live. 42 years old is much to young to die but I guess death knows no age. For those who believe in it I would appreciate your prayers. Thank you all

Windowblinds skins are made up of different files so you can recolor sections of the blind. An icon is one file so to recolor a certain part of the icon and leave the rest alone is actually more involved then recoloring blinds. With recoloring something like a blind your recoloring certain entire frames of the blind and it is not done on

"Same with IP... recolors everything, pretty useless really." I think it would be difficult if not impossible to program IP to recolor only a portion of an icon. That can be done but the icon would have to be edited manually I would think, unless you mean it colors all the icon packages in which case you you just uncheck the box before applying a new theme.

You do not have to do that BB. All you have to do is add the color you want the tabs to be to the custom colors. It remebers that specific color and you just have to click on custom colors in the list. No need for remembering the 3 RGB colors for each tab.

Youmean re activate and install it again ?? An UPDATE application it said... were do I do that ? No do not re activate it. You should have the option to update it when you varify the installation or just click on updates at the top of Impulse.

MY BAD !! I checked Impulse again and it said that WB was N O T installed correctly and that I should look for an application update ??? Dr. JBHL... H E L P !! [e digicons]:waaaa:[/e] Then just choose to update it through Impulse. That may take care of your problem.

"Windows experience index" ? It is a rating that is given to your computer based on things like your processor and graphics capabilities. Right click on your computer in the start menu and choose properties at the bottom of the menu. It will take yo to where you can view that information and do a reassessment. What I do know is that I use to be able to apply the Aero themes within Windowblinds but not now. I had this problem before and I am not sure what causes it. Maybe running programs that are suppose to optimize your computer such as Advance System Care or Tuneup Utilities has something do do with it by adjusting some settings. It seems like after I ran one of those programs the themes stopped working. Like I previously stated I do not use Areo themes so it is no big deal to me but it would sti

What do you mean that WB shuts down? I have the problem that I cannot apply the Aero themes in the visual styles but WB does not shut down. They just do not apply properly and instead I get the classic look but I can apply another blind with no problem. I am not sure what causes this but I have ignored it because I seldom use the Aero themes.

Steve I am not sure if this is your problem but there is a little bug with CursorFX and you need to double click the cursor you want to apply. It happens to me too. I have to apply the cursor twice to get it to show up.

Vampothika I hope one day we will see you skinning rainmeter. No one was a bigger fan of sysmetrix then I but the program needs a serious update and it seems like the interest or ability to keep it up to date is just not there. The weather no longer works and it does not support things like dual cpu's let alone quad like I have.
