It looks doable by a console, so any 2007 or newer pc should handle it. If you're going for a new computer though, buy the best you can afford. If you buy a bad one and then have to get another one soon after, it's a big waste of money. I didn't like the 3rd person character models... They seemed... not quite right somehow, like they were superimposed onto the game... Just my opinion, don't let me discourage you from getting it.
