I just had my first war... Failed to note the turns, but one empire smothered me with those golem things and warriors. So yeah, it was a defeat by wipe-out. Score of 2. That's one thing I DO remember....that "2" popping right out at me. [e digicons]x_x[/e]

I'm loving the game! And the graphics are awesome! [e digicons]:inlove:[/e] My purchase was through impulse, and the version of my game is 1.09e....but I've noticed others discussing play on other versions like 1.09u or 1.09n..... So am I missing something aside from my cognitive reasoning abilities? Thanks! -.-

I'm going to get Elemental...as it is when I get it (most likely this weekend via Impulse). When a patch arrives, I'll get it. When an expansion arrives, I'll get it. If I notice something bugging me, or my game crashing, I know I'll have the patience and will overcome such problems when developers give me the means to do so. -.-

Demo vs Full version in Galactic Civilizations II Stardock Forums

Hi people, I just wanted to ask a few questions regarding the full version of Gal Civ II -- Ultimate. I have GalCiv I and I did like it to a point but the music got to me. Now playing with no sound or only music from an MP3 player tends to disconnect me from enjoying the game wholesomely. So I thought, "Let's upgrade to GalCiv II because it would surely be different. Well, I tried the demo for GalCiv II and to be quite honest, I didn't like it much. N
