Skin studio should just truncate the file names to be as small as possible when importing if that's the case. (the uis/sss files should never be the full theme name). I can get them to go by cc1,cc2 etc... if I rename substyles to single numbers 1-6 and then clone the theme to a small name. Or add some sort of way to rename the uis/sss through skin studio so I dont have to jump through hoops just to get it to load.

I noticed skin studio fails to load a skin properly if your theme name + Substyle Name + Image file names add up to a long string. The theme name is just "Creative Cloud" and each substyle is named fairly short. File names are also not super long (last image on the bottom of this post) If I make changes to one of the sections names to be slightly shorter, those sections will load. Back in the beta releases of Windowblinds11, file explorer font for the statusbar/folders group in the middle were white when the substyle was set to dark mode. That does not seem to be the case in the final build of windowblinds11. Below is current version and below that was around the 2nd or 3rd build of WB11. Can this be looked into. Also when we went from windowblinds10 to 11, we lost access to making the quick access pane a set color. If you roll back to WB10 on windows 10, that section

Any chance we could get an option for when small taskbar setting is set, the start button if supplied loads the smaller version. As it currently is, The theme just keeps the same button and shifts/cuts it off. Native windows 10/11 start button loads a smaller variant when the taskbar is set to a smaller setting. Once 10 support is dropped from my applications I use, I will be swapping to linux. I already let most of my application subscriptions end recently. So im one step closer to the jump.

Not all applications can be skinned. If they dont use native windows elements, they will not change the look as those applications have hard-coded graphics. Microsoft office and most well known web browsers are pretty much a no skin area.

What im talking about is not the theme patcher, but inside the themes themselves. Each theme downloaded off the internet uses custom dlls that can and will break with windowblinds. Stardock does not in fact code windowblinds to use those custom hacks. When you make a custom msstyle for windows, you are not just changing images, you are altering the code for the various sections inside the theme's hex codes, thus altering how it displays. Again please read. It has nothing to do with uxpatch. But with theme .dll files inside the theme folder you download. These are touched by most custom themes out there (I have made custom themes from winxp to win10, you can easily verify these with a resourcehacker tool). It has been like this since windows xp up until now. You can apply themes and have windowblinds enabled but you will encounter issues. Nah Im talking about the actual theme dll files. The one in question is under: "C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\aero\Shell\NormalColor\shellstyle.dll" A lot of themes use some hacky dlls to do things such as add custom details pane stuff back to control panel and to also add multi colored panes, animations etc.. These 100% break on Windowblinds since it does not know what to do with the added lines of code. I know this stuff as I use to make custom themes before Windowblinds. It w

Most custom themes out there now a days use modified dll files for file explorer to render certain elements. I definitely would not recommend using it alongside windowblinds. Windowblinds is the safest way to theme windows without breaking things. Windowblinds was designed for Vanilla windows (unmodified) Adding any other tweaks
Also want to point out that the wobbly window effect is unaffected by screen refresh rate higher than 60. I use 144hz and it lags as its running at 60 and not at my refresh rate like other system animations. I pointed this out a year ago and nothing came from it.
