Just to be clear, you don't need the email to get the BETA. If you pre-ordered the game before August 24, 2010, the BETA will automatically be added to your Stardock account (the email you registered the game with) around 3:00 PM EST today. If you did pre-order War of Magic and did not get an email, don't worry....be sure to check your " My Downloads " page at 3:00 PM EST today.
