Open PSI;in the main page,on the left,there is the section Configuration.Click on it,then Settings;check the box Enable "Secure Browsing" Page. Next time PSI will scan your PC you will get an additional page,Secure Browsing,that shows you the real time situaion of your browsers(loaded progs,plugins)and their security status as well.

I think at the moment the best defrag progs(shareware)are O&O Defrag Professional and Diskeeper 2011.I use O&O Defrag Professional since long time ,and never got problems.So,as you have installed the version 12.5(released in 2009),I suggest you to update to O&O Defrag 14 Professional(last version).
