like 12 forms of crime where of theft but it was that crack heads primarilly want to demoralize each other with money and demean each other, take rape for example : a man gives crack to a girl and then latter says you owe him some thing even if you don't rape her he can start to give less and less to get her to make a deal. What i mean is as you take over a majority of the land and have money and weopons and stuff the game would rate your chances of an outright take over to save time and I also leave it vague for chat and dreams. Not alot of laws that can be fought against by civilization but drug users don't beleive in law because they are over the law every day.
