If a tabbed dock with a single tab (taskbar tab), was edited to make the tabs completely transparent...... set the font to arial, 7 pts (or a blank font) ........ then adjust the tab size to .25x ........ That might work.

crappy dialup I feel your pain, brutha. Found a fix of sorts. I have some pervious archives stored. I changed the extension from .sdc to .zip, opened it, and extracted the .xml file to the Installed folder. Tested with 3 apps.... RightClick, DX, and ObjectBar. Archiving works!

is it possible to have the taskbar or system tray icons in a flyout menu? like the special tabs but as a flyout menu for use in the zoomer dock. Don't think so. also is it possible to have both taskbar and system tray icons on the same zoomer dock or within the same tab. Nope.
remark: all the programs that starts when window starts have 2 icons in the starter program so maybe this is not the problem????? When you highlight "All sections" on the left, you have 2 entries for each startup program? If that's the case, you have a bigger problem than the annoyance with OD.
Instead of users downloading Stardock Central and then installing the various programs willy nilly, users will instead download Object Desktop 2008 which will have the core parts of Object Desktop and include Stardock Central to allow for updating. Sounds like a great idea, but it also sounds like a huge download. Please don't forget some of us are stuck with dialup. The new SKS looks very nice.

i download the code stuff starter (great program), the thing is that when i disable 1 of the 2 OD links, both of them r disabled!!!! how can i disable only one??? Yes Starter is handy thiing to have. Try deleting the OD links, using the Starter app. Then use the OD config to Run at Startup, see if that helps.

if i download more icons, i should unzip into object dock library? under image folder? Group them in folders within the Image library. Even more easy to find.
Carl ..No joy with Component Tray...... it does work with OD+, but it doesn't downlaod if you're not there to respond to the alert (I'll be away) I'll just have to check as soon as I get home.

Updated to 1.59[b].010 .... still no right click menu for dialup connection icon, in systray. Love the new "Spacing and Alignment" settings. I've wanted that alignment slider for a very long time.

1) With the new systray dock, I no longer have any right click function for my dialup connection icon. 2) I have one tabbed dock set at the top of monitor #2. If I set this dock to "Reserve edge of screen", the dock moves down below the area the dock occupied before. When it rolls up, it acts as if the edge of the screen is 100 pixels below the actual edge. It can't be moved up, (even after turning off the Reserve edge of screen), until OD is unloaded, and restarted. Th
