If you are using WindowBlinds........ open the Configuration Dialog........ under Settings...........Enhance Desktop Elements......... 'uncheck' Use Windows XP style explorer bars. If you aren't using WindowBlinds, I dunno.

I open an image folder, double click an image file, and get the stupid full screen preview............. I wanted to open the image in PSP, but I have to right click to do that. Same thing with icons, and usually there's no preview available.... duh!...I don't need a full screen preview of an icon. I don't think I'll ever get used to that. Is there a way to disable this silly thing?

Try this............ After you have loaded the logon, click "load" again, and look for a folder by the same name, open that folder, and click the logonxp file inside. It seems that LogonStudio is creating a folder for the logon the first time it is loaded, but it's not unpacking the images. It just sticks the logonxp file in there. When this file is loaded, the images are uppacked. (At least, that's what's happening on my computer.) I hope this helps..........
