A very nice icon editor http://axialis.com/iconworkshop/index.html You'll still need a good graphics program......... PSP is my favorite http://www.jasc.com/products/psp/ As for cursors........depends on what type of cursor you want to make.............the old standard cursors, or CursorXP themes. Is this for personal use, or for upload? The reason I ask is, if I were to download your logon and some of the images I need are just 1x1 specks........well you get the picture. I don't know if you can do that or not.........and yes file size is important to me, but only when uploading or downloading, not if it will only be on my machine. Have you tried the color depth reduction?

You can use only .bmps. On the files that you aren't using ........I could be wrong, but I think they have to be there. You may not be using them, but that doesn't mean I won't use them. I may be totally off base there, but it sounds logical to me.

Reducing the color depth of the images will help.

The wallpaper is by skurvash..............so I have to ask, what did you do, other than set a few colors? Starting redundant threads will not get you an answer faster. Like I already told you...........open up an existing logon, and study it.........figure it out, like everyone else does. ...and get a dictionary.
