My wife chose this for our viewing pleasure. Not alot of excitement, although the story line is kinda interesting. Save the children. There's soooo little tv on that's any good these days. Orginially I had no problems too, but the 1.19 version was where it first showed up. Sorry, I'm not savay enough to help you with screenshots. Maybe someone else can answer that for you.

Several posters (myself included) have this problem with the nvida 7000 seriers, a number of months ago. It has probably not been addressed because it's not wide spread. I've not heard of it with other graphics cards. I still have it with my 7300GT, it shows mostly with the store keeper and when starting a new game.

Actually it's easy. Click on your Impulse icon. On the far right, to the right of the explore tab, click on the tab then check "show pre release versions" Then run Elemental and I believe it should update to the 1.19n or whatever the newest version is. That should do it.
