Lord KiRon i would love it if this was a new updated version of MoO2 (which MoO3 should of been but they made it crap) and using idears is a diffrent name of copying also on ground combat (once again refering to MoO2) u could have a plantery bombardment to soften up there armies but destroyin there citys, also when u take the planet, some of the population is still in diffience and takes so time for all the population to become sympothetic
in switzerland a household must have a gun by law, maybe the planet it run by switzerland
the alliance system in GC is very basic (and i always found difficult to form not knowing the right conditions)
well a battleship can normally stay at sea for so long because supply ships refuel and gives it supplys (u would have this a hidden ingame thing) and if you blockade a planet, you cut of the ships supplys
i can remember when i was playing the first game and at one point, a race would get the upper hand and expand into a weaker race, then making them the largest faction. At that point i always thought to my self, i beter some how stop them before they get stronger and go after me. My first thought was always make an alliance with someone (which was fair enough but was limited). so what i always thought was a good idear was if you could make a coalition with other factions and there soul perpo
perhaps ur troops were just poperly motovated
i wouldnt like to see this game to just hardcopy things from MoO straight over to GC2, but puting things more gently. the developers should look at current titles of the genre and see ways they could make improvements on already great idears
a small glaxy is enough for me, a 1500 would just kill me
well being a fan of galciv (and a big fan of master of orion 2) i would like to see the way invasions and bombardment taken from MoO2. when you went to take a planet, you had 3 options, bomb, troops or both. You could just bomb th eplanet totally (the disadvantage to this was, losing a potenioally good planet already with population and industry) the second option of sending troops normally involving have great number of troops (which transport ships are vulnerabe and u need to give escorts) but
just like to say quick note that im new to the forums and send a quick hello. but to the point, i think itrs a great idear, u could set up a blockade to wait until you can send some troops(and if u copy the udear from Master of orion u could also have planetary bombardment if this isnt already added). the blockade could freeze there econmic and current buildings so you can slowly drain there money. furthermore, you could blockade a planet as a diplomatic power, forcing a faction to make pea
