Not using the OD app , go to Windows programs and uninstall from there if showing, then try the Clean Boot Install , and report back here please .

Sounds like you may have a 3rd party software causing your problem. If DeskScapes is showing in programs try uninstalling and reboot . Then try a Clean boot https://forums.stardock.com/485954/deskscapes-support-faq#cleanboot Then try reinstalling DeskScapes and see if that works . Then report back here, please.

yea after a windows update and a reboot Chrome not working again and this time won't let me go from secure to unsecure .. Other browsers seem to work though ..

Yes by switching the Security Settings from Secure to Non Secure allows it to work again in Chrome and Edge and Firefox and it already was working in Brave , so that's the best fix for now. This only started acting up for me about a month ago so I don't know what changed to make it happen Windows Updates ? , Now it's time to the latest Windows update so hope it stays working .

You might also try clicking on DS settings then settings again and follow the screenshot you have 3 options you can change that will help , try all 3 and see if one of the other options works better for you .
