Hello, Sorry to hear you are having issues. Fences4 is the only version for download Fences3 is no longer available . If you have a installer for v3 saved on you PC then , yes you can unistall4 and go back to v3. In the meantime first try .. Sounds like you might have a 3rd party app to cause that , anything you running that would effect the taskbar .

Check with right click on your desktop to View See if Lock Fences is checked if so un check it. Then try to move them. Report back if that works for you. AzDude

Hello, Sorry to hear you are having issues. Try right click on your desktop to View scroll down to Lock Fences if it's checked un check it . Now you should be able to create a Fence. AzDude Stardock Community Assistant
Did you try restoring from a Snapshot ? Fences app layout and snappiing tab.
That should do it , it any further issue report back here .

Hello, Sorry to hear you are having issues. Try checking 3 things 1- Fences is Enabled ( see below ) 2- Make sure in Task Manager Both instances of Fences are Enabled 3 - Right C
Hello, You an update your snapshot and then do a back up https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#backupsnapshots On your Fences app go to About ( Manage Product Key ) and click disable on old machine and then you should be able to use it again on the new machine .
