I have an old E Machine 550, which I stripped to the bare necessities about 7 months ago. I use it for rendering of fractals. I noticed that I am losing time, right now it is about 2 hrs behind what it should be. I also find that when I go to save a file in the program Apophysis, when I check later it is not there. This last just started happening a day or so ago. Are the two items connected? Is it just going to die on me? It doesn't need to be

It's kind of Kool, would be nicer if there was a blend option!
Ditto on the tiredness...could be just that time of year, winter=hibernation, especially when there is almost a constant cloud cover
Last update...Holly will be able to return to work on Monday according to her doctor. Thank you all again for your thoughts and prayers!!

Thank you SD, but I really think this one is stuck. I have uploaded 3 others since yesterday morning, and they went right to moderation, 1 rejected, 2 still being moderated. With the first one, I thought maybe I could dislodge the Blue M v one LOL!

Hello everyone! I am very happy to report that Holly is now off life support! She is awake, eating (liquid diet), and talking!! She was moved out of CCU to a regular room yesterday! Her doctors are very surprised at her progress, as they were expecting her to be on life support anywhere from 3 weeks to over a month. The power of prayer! I thank all of you very much for your thoughts and prayers, which I believe played an important part in my daugh
HOlly is still holding her own, the nebulizer technician (not sure what that is) said that he could hear some real breathing sounds, not just gurgling. Thank you all so much for your thoughts and prayers, they are a comfort. And thank you Firedogs Ron & Son Jose for the link, it is a beautiful site.
Thank you all so much for your prayers, I am back home at my Moms. Holly is stable right now. According to what the lung specialist told us, it is now up to her body to heal, and it is a long, slow, day to day process. He said she could be on the ventilator anywhere from a couple weeks to a couple of months, which means that she would be kept sedated and paralyzed until she is off of it and breathing on her own. The nurses and doctors are wonderfu
My daughter Holly has been in the hospital since Monday, with pneumonia. Early this morning Mike, her husband called and said she took a turn for the worse, she now has adult resp. distress syndrome. She is on a ventilator, sedated and paralyzed. She is young, only 33, so she has that going for her, and she is healthy otherwise, except for her asthma. Her brother is picking me up and we are going up to Marshfield, where she is...usually takes about 4
