Do you have a windows 7 disc? You may try booting from the disc and run , "repair my computer" , also could do an upgrade without sacrificing personal data, but would have to reinstall some programs and drivers possibly. I still think you have corrupted windows files from the incomplete update, not a virus or anything malicious.Can offer help with this procedure as can many here I am sure. Luck.

If the update that failed contained a service pack update and failed to install properly, that would definitely cause the problems you described. I doubt a roll back of any form will repair it and will probably, Windows I mean, Not even realize the files are corrupted. Did you try to reinstall the updates again? you may even try a restore point first to get rid of some issues before trying the update again. No errors can also be bad, means windows is not aware of a problem,does not mean one d

I know I am somewhat a wank at this site, but no matter how bad I was , Vampothika and Neone have always come back to support me. Thank you Uvah, that is well put and great advice. I just feel I may have ruined it already. I have some soul searching to do to figure out why I say the things I do. I really justt want to be accepted and be a part of WC and its large family, I do not no how to fix anything at this point.Everone hear has been very forgiving and I feel I have pushed thelimits this time. I got a very considerate message from GMC2 about yesterdays antic. I decided to apologize publicly instead of directly. The reason is because I probably ticked off more people than GMC2. The delete part is crucial! Especially because you have multiple files you downloaded that may not be getting overwritten properly. Delete first, re download if you have to ,the Seven version, and try the procedure described above..Hope you get it installed.

what dave said but plainer. Unzip into [documents , all users,stardock, windowblinds,] into a folder with [skin name.] Open stardock windowblinds and rebuild the list, might get it done. MAKE SURE YOU DELETE ANY EXISTING FOLDERS WITH THAT NAME FIRST FROM THAT LOCATION OR WINDOWBLINDS MAY NOT COMPLETELY OVERWRITE THE FILE. LUCK!

You just receieved your help from the author of one of the skins you are having High DPI issues with, then proceed to ask the general public if Neone6 will update the skin! Why not read the whole reply, absorb the information, then respond . Only Neone or Vampothika can tell you what they may intend, I would add, you are asking alot and I am not sure high DPI is available through WB, would be curious to that answer myself. Anyone know?
