Im trying to find the GameInfo so i can start modding Rebellion, i find the folder, but my computer says it can not open NCF files... so what do i do? or am i doing something wrong?
how do i access Rebellions gameinfo? when i try to get to the file my computer cant open an NCF file
okay, i downloaded Notepad ++ and made a folder with a copy of the GameInfo, but when i try to read it notepad pulls it up looking weird. BIN Its a series of letters and hypens i cant comphrend!
Heeyy everyone! So i've looked through a few posts and the wiki, but i didnt find exactly what i needed to download or even DO in order to start modding my Sins game :(. Well, there is are interesting advantages to being mobile and devouring your own worlds. You're immune to culture, experimental weapon bombardment, you can ignore the majority of the civilian research tree, security, and diplomacy tree. I agree with the opinions about the titan being subpar and the ability adjustments, but i feel they should make it a big tax boost to move your capital to your titan IF you sacrifice your capital.
