You can change the color to anything you want in Windowblinds..... Open Windowblinds Config...then click on "change skin color".

In IP config, un-check 'Custom Files' and try loading a pack. If it still gives you an error, un-check 'Files' (plus Custom Files) and try it again No dice....Those two things showed under application tab in Task Manager <TABLE cellpadding=8 width="95%" align=center bgColor=#FFF

Did you uninstall 4.6 first? Through Stardock central?
