WindowBlinds by what I know only skins like the boxes (Appearence) of your windows. Ex: IE, Window's Explorer, etc. It doesn't put any wallpaper up. You can change the wallpaper yourself in your Display settings or download Win Styles which will let you change all of windows in one shot or there was one other program which I can't think of at the moment. If you click on Library and go down the descriptions you'll probably find it. But if the settings aren't staying after you reboot with Blinds.

I got to say that's not bad for just starting this type of stuff. Like I've mentioned, I have only ever made other type of graphics. This is a new approach to graphics. Which will help me out in the long run. Try that and let me know.
Thanks... I did make some object Dock items if you haven't seen them.. The biggest thing I saw that people liked was the Firey Chrome and the full Bio-Hazard. And they were my first uploads. I just thought I would go to the next level. But I might not be ready yet. I just got ideas but just can't seem to find a way to put them on the computer. Heck, I can draw it on paper. I haven't noticed a diffrence either and I run a 700mhz AMD Athlon, 768MB Ram, 32mb VDram, But I think what keeps it going is the Ram .. But with my system the way it is until I upgrade I haven't seen a diffrence and I even run other stuff in the background while I play the games. Like UT2003, Delta Force, etc.
Actually I think they fill our minds with useless info when we are in school Have you even used a quarter of that info?
I was mainly refering to like small graphics and wallpapers. Not themes yet I haven't made it to that leve.

My opinon on this is.. I buy alot of programs. Even if there are all these free ones out there. Like firewalls, I rather pay the money and get norton's full version and the latest other then even download ZoneAlarm even though it's rank #1 on the free list. Anti-Viruses and other software fixers. I buy Norton's System Works. There is a bunch of other programs that I will never never download because I don't trust them. Back Doors, Trojans, etc.
