Well, it would be more focused on things that only a admin could fix and has slightly sensitive info. So instead of e-mailing them, it could be put in a pile (like a quee) where any admin can look at the problem and fix it. I'm not saying all problems to be sent to them, alot of the problems can be fixed by the person by other people giving direction. Just those problems that seem to be a little more sensitive.

Hmm, I guess I'll just have to wait to see what happens with a new MoBo. Hopefully nothing is wrong with the processor. I'll be p____! I just got it too on Thursday.
