Do You both have the newest build of Window Blinds (ODNT build) installed ? I think, skinbrowser has some problems with it...
Hm, it wouldn't be a bad idea to let uploaders read some basic rules in the submission dialog. I guess only very few people click the "guidelines" link...
Can You give a few examples ? I think, moderation is taken very serious here. (And that's a good thing.) There is a good article (and a descripive screenshot) here by Jafo also, that deals with this matter, but as I could see not so many people noticed it...
@Peff : But I (and most people here with real graphic skills ) don't promote any of my uploads here as 'killer designed' (as I really have no right to...)

Oh, that's one of mine... Downloads as .dxpack here and can be installed without peoblems by double-click or import. Try to right click and choose 'save as' and select 'all files'. Don't know, why it gets an .exe on Your computer...

This one has it's own custom taskbar. I fear it is not paossible there...
Did You load a theme with it's own taskbar ? (Theme settings, Desktop, "Hide explorer taskbar" checked) Giving the name of the theme here would be of some help.

I think there are 4 threads with the very same problem on this board now... Reading first is not so bad...
GEOS was not so bad... No problems with Windows afterwards...
Hmm, Winter, Summer, California and World Games... We spent nights (sometimes with 8 people) playing these...
My first PC was a 386SX-16 with 1 MB RAM amd 20 MB HD, 14'' Monitor, Mouse. Spent 2500 $ for that power machine. Later I bought 8 MB RAM (on a card that was as long as the whole pc-case...).
