Rrgg, had an idea, but it won't work. Oh well...
Lemme try something, hmmm...
For ntoskrnl.exe, Resource hacker - http://delphi.icm.edu.pl/ftp/tools/ResHack.zip Tutorial - http://theeldergeek.com/boot_logo_01.htm Now maybe if you ask nicely someone might be able to geive you a picture of what the Windows 98 bootscreen looks like so you can replace the XP bitmap with the 98 bitmap. And there ya go. You should have everything all changed.
kona doesn't piss people off?! What! Yeah ... right. And what if he's your next door neighbor, Kona? Not some guy in another country. He's gotten angry too many times because your dog keeps pissing on his lawn. Don't go asking to borrow a cup of sugar from him! <img src="http://images.stardock.com/image
Lady Akasha, you don't like Arizona?! I'll trade you. Try living in New Jersey in August for 1 week. You'd die with all the humidity. Here, 85 feels like 110 there. I was there last summer on vacation and it was 113 and it felt like a cool, 75 degree day because there's no humidity. Sure, the sun feels strong on the back of your neck, but it's not hot at all.I'd much rather live out there. I miss the West
You're stupid Kona! <img src=
But what sucks is that these settings SHOULD be in the IE options. They hide them in the registry. Why? No one knows.
Jairo's the BEST icon creator. But you are all great too. Especially you, mormegil and syl.
motion, umm, you really didn't have to set anything up. If you're sitting in your chair, and you get that numb feeling, satnd up and move the chair back 2 feet. Wala! a new configuration. And it works just as well too.
The boot screen. Well, you can hack the ntoskrnl.exe file and change the bitmaps (like I did) or you can download one of those prgrams to change it. Finally, which I shouldn't suggest, you can download an already changed ntoskrnl.exe file. But that's pretty much illegal, and not so safe. You decide.
Stupid CANADIAN ( > ) power plants. I bet there was even CANADIANS ( > ) working in it too > I'm just kidding <img src="http://images.stardo
Remington electric razor every OTHER day. It's good to be young!
@ Çërêb®øJÐ
Yeah, our power was out mostly all yesterday and some this morning. But that was because of a freak storm going over New Jersey. It ripped out trees, and when I stood next to the fallen trees, they were so big they were taller than me! It was really bad. On one road, there was a whole row of trees uprooted the same size as that one. It was bad. And it only lasted about 5 or 6 minutes. Whew.
SUGAR! I'm gonna go get some now. Why do you guys always get me thinking about food? And yes, candy is food. Stupid question marks [Message Edited]
Nope
@ Chef Garry

Yeah, my trial was corrupt too. And Adobe owns the trial, so I don't think they would have it on a different site. Or even one that works. Sorry, I may be wrong, but there probably isn't one out there.
Uhhmmm, can everyone go to https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?library=3&SkinID=2743 and tell me if everything looks okay to them? I have refreshed it, closed the browser, and tried everything but it's still "broken".
Isn't it something like 30 sheep to a person there? I was just over there ... 2 ... years ago, I think.
