For ntoskrnl.exe, Resource hacker - http://delphi.icm.edu.pl/ftp/tools/ResHack.zip Tutorial - http://theeldergeek.com/boot_logo_01.htm Now maybe if you ask nicely someone might be able to geive you a picture of what the Windows 98 bootscreen looks like so you can replace the XP bitmap with the 98 bitmap. And there ya go. You should have everything all changed.

Lady Akasha, you don't like Arizona?! I'll trade you. Try living in New Jersey in August for 1 week. You'd die with all the humidity. Here, 85 feels like 110 there. I was there last summer on vacation and it was 113 and it felt like a cool, 75 degree day because there's no humidity. The boot screen. Well, you can hack the ntoskrnl.exe file and change the bitmaps (like I did) or you can download one of those prgrams to change it. Finally, which I shouldn't suggest, you can download an already changed ntoskrnl.exe file. But that's pretty much illegal, and not so safe. You decide.

Yeah, our power was out mostly all yesterday and some this morning. But that was because of a freak storm going over New Jersey. It ripped out trees, and when I stood next to the fallen trees, they were so big they were taller than me! It was really bad. On one road, there was a whole row of trees uprooted the same size as that one. It was bad. And it only lasted about 5 or 6 minutes. Whew.

Uhhmmm, can everyone go to https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?library=3&SkinID=2743 and tell me if everything looks okay to them? I have refreshed it, closed the browser, and tried everything but it's still "broken".
