Since I'm relatively new at skinning (4 years), if I said 1/16th of what was said on this thread, I would be (banned)from this site forever Especially some of the language that was being used! Totally uncalled for. I wish everyone in the GUIO's the best of luck. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/smile.gif" border=0 AL

We dont want you to leave. Just dont act so arrogant. Or get someone else to represent you. I think that if you want to keep acting like this, make YOUR OWN account to do it. I like The Skins Factory, but I dont think that you accurately represent them.

TSF: How about you shut up.
So if you want to raise awareness for then, what could be better than entering it into the biggest skinning contest of the year? It probably wouldnt be to hard to get their OK on that, and it would defininately get the word out that you support them.
Thanks for clarifying Frogboy. I didnt think you guys got the rights. I agree with Frogboy, you do sound like you're trying to make this event seem trivial. [Message Edited]
Are you still getting the full copyrights to the skins that are entered into the contest? I'm not sure what he means by this, but I want to make sure. I still have the copyright to any skin I enter, correct? No you're not the only one, grayhaze. [Message Edited]
I have no idea why, but in nearly every post you (jesh) make I feel somewhat insulted. Maybe I have in inferiority complex or something, but I think your posts are generally put-downish. I think that you're pretty sure you could beat anyone in this contest, but feel its below your digninty to even compete with us. What would happen if you entered and DIDNT WIN? Then what would happen? You would be proved to not be the best. Then you would say how your best designers were "busy on other pro
I had the same problem. Try doing what Koasati said, I think it fixed the problem for me.
I'm hoping to enter a WB skin into this, and maybe something else.
Using a script to strip away all the unnescesary code etc, will get you the "info section".
I think high quality jpg files are fine for wallpapers. I think if you hold onto your original bitmap file, then upload as a jpg, you would be better able to prove that the files are yours if there is a ripping issue. Compressing the original bitmap using the same setting and gettings the same jpg would show that the file was yours. I think jpg walls are the better option.
Possibly, since tga supports transparency.
Try blue and white. That might look a little better. Easier on the eyes too. Other than that, it looks good.
I have a hard time getting people to comment on my stuff at all Same here!
Whats the alt+# for the semi-colon character? Maybe if we used that, it would work.

Hey, that sounds like a pretty cool idea! I think I would use that feature if it were available.
