How to I contact to get alpha-blended transparency in WMP? I have to totally hack apart the edges of my newest skin because I made it in photoshop and had to take apart all the blending. That is a bit of a long process and it still doesnt look good. All it really needs to do it fully support png's. The rest of the skin supports png just not the main background image, which is what I need to be antialiased around the edges. I want microsoft to work on this for the next release of WMP, but I

Just to let you know, these kinds of library problems are not at all normal. WinCustomize very good at keeping their site online more than 95% of the time. This weeks problems are the result of a massive server failure unfortunately, but once they're back up, there shouldnt be any problems for the next few months. (crossed fingers) Welcome to the site!

I'm not sure if this is possible, but can you make a docklet that allows you to have more than one Dock running at a time? Just because mine is a little packed with about 20-30 icons in it. I'd love to be able to have one dock with programs, another with folders, another with websites. What do you think?
