GM, you may want to uninstall it, then use Stardock Central to install the new version. For people who don't know- Stardock Central will be replacing the existing Component Manager and will also show you components that you have purchased even if you do not have the full Object Desktop, or if you purchased something else through Stardock like CursorXP. Static, better keep your fiancé off her feet and make sure she is drinking her water. I dealt with a couple months of pre-term labor followed by a 3 week preemie. Not fun. Keep her off her feet so that she doesn't have to be put on more meds or put in the hospital. Also, make sure she calls her Dr. "just to be safe". OK, it appears that people do not know what "logo" means. You know the apple with a bite out of it that apple uses as a visual representation of itself? That is the Apple logo. It is tradmarked and they get really mad when you use it. It has nothing to do with the name of the skin.

Moshi, read the other thread on this by Adam Solley and read what Jafo says. Plus, we are not talking about the "look". We are talking about using the logo. The actual Apple logo. PixOS is quite different than OSX. Compare the two side by side and you will see. Not everything that has a gel appearance to it is a copy of OSX. And, as Paxx said, the line has to be drawn somewhere. We don't need Apple coming after us. That's just too big of a pain to deal with.

Adam. It's not the "design" of the skin as much as it is the design+ the inclusion of the Apple logo. They also will not come after you. They will come after "Stardock" who owns this site. They have done it before, and they will do it again if there is enough reason to come after us. As a rule a thumb, the Apple logo should never be included in a skin or theme. Adam, don't change the name, just upload it with the same name but without the Apple logo. An Admin probably took it down due to the logo, not the rest of it. It's never a good idea to use the logo, as Apple gets really touchy about it. I haven't checked, but I would assume that it has been "exiled" not "deleted", so you can still see it in "my skins" and update it from there.
