We need to keep in mind that this is a skinning site. We also prefer that "news" goes through the official moderation process.

IPlural, I know the operation that you are talking about sounds awful, but I know people who have done it (including an aunt who just had it done) and they have instant relief. I have been doing pain management for Rheumatoid arthritis for 17 years (since I was 13) and that's for the birds. Pain tires you out. If I could have an operation that would give me relief, I would.
