At this time that feature is not currently available in Fences 6, however, the ability to add Tabs to a Fence group is now possible but I dont think that is going to solve the exact scenario you have outlined.
Can you check for an update in the config panel of WB11, there is a new release available.

Did you look at the Support link at the top of the page? We have a documentation section for WindowBlinds here . To directly answer you question, click the Gear icon on the top right corner of the configuration window and click Install New.
Which version are you running? The latest version we pushed out, 11.06 we believe resolves this issue.
