I'm not sure Pax but I heard (you know what that's worth) that people don't go to the Dr's in Canada because it takes so long to get hospital care and the clinics/Dr's offices are overcrowded. Most come to the states if they can afford it. As far as the Hobo is concerned, most, not all of course, are in the streets by their own choosing. One small note about health care..When it supplied no charge it gets overwhelmed by people with all kinds of imagined ills.
