Some of my observations for the Beta. I haven't been over a lot of notes, so I don't know if something has been implemented or is still being worked on. 1. There needs to be a popup prompting you to upgrade your starbase when a constructor reaches it. 2. There's no way to rebuild your survey ship if yours gets destroyed, without making a custom design. 3. There needs to be a way to eject a constructor from a star

There's no way to rebuild your survey ship at the moment, if yours gets destroyed, without making a custom design. 3. There needs to be a way to eject a constructor from a starbase. 4. Please increase initial ship speed and range. 5. It may just be me, but having the various terrafor
I'm confused, what do the resources like Antimatter, Elenium, etc do? Is there a resource that will improve my economy and approval, like in previous games?
I'm unable to do Soil Enhancement, and any of the Terraforms (including Ultra-Terraform) on certain planets. Mostly, they seem to be class 20+ but I've had some 19's with this problem. Clicking any of those build options just highlights the initial colony. I am able to do the Habitat Improvement, and Orbitals.
Is anyone else having a problem where ships/projects are not progressing if you have one of the 4 "perpetual" projects on the list (at the bottom). This didn't happen in my Human games, but in my current game, I'm playing as Altairan. Any planet that has Economic Stimulus, Research Project, Cultural Festival or Birthing Subsidies at the end of the list doesn't ever progress on the current project.
Go to nvidia.om and get them from there. Nvidia updates more often than Windows tells you.
I'd really like a minimum threshold for habitability, like in GC1. Having that opponent slip in and colonize that Class ONE planet is quite annoying.
Any time there's an available improvement tile on the top left corner, when I build an improvement on any other tile, I get a ghost image of it on that top left tile.
I'd like a more obvious indicator which ship or planet or starbase I have selected. Right now I can't tell other than guessing it's the one near the center of my screen.
Doesn't this game require Win 7 or 8 64 bit? I don't know that it'll work on Vista at all, since Vista has its own massive problems. I don't think compatibility mode will work, since you can't run it on a higher OS, but you can give it a shot.
Yep same thing happens to me.
