I have 11 on my laptop. Will try right click open but why is it different on my laptop?? Never had to use right click to open before. I will see if it makes a difference when I get home I'm on my Desktop at the moment (win 10)

I have Win 11 on my desktop I click a zip file stored to my desktop . It opens the 15 secs later closes and the screen goes black and comes right back to desktop! Won't stay open long enough to drag a jpg. image out of it. ANYONE ELSE with this problem? I won't upgrade my main art PC till I know .
