Without knowing what we don't know, I think that a ideal goal would be that all hulls would be equal at a certain ratio and thus valid as a play style. But a bigger hull should always be better under the ratio or else most of the hull techs will be useless and combat will be unbalanced.

Actually, fun fact; if you BUY something, and have ONE copy, and THEN lead that ONE copy to someone, then its fine. There's only so much passing around that can happen with that and no one who is a fair sensible person cares. And in libraries its temporary ownership, IIRC some libraries pay full price for every copy they have although some are donations. In my state, most videos you must pay a small fee to check out.

Exactly, so who's to really say what ever I focus on shouldn't raise approval? I've seen techs that change this in approval branch, but it would only make it even easier to manage approval if you always got a bonus no matter what. I know giving a approval bonus for any of the three focuses would worsen the problem, but having some extra negative factors would make it more relevant again. Hmmm...maybe. I mod away most of the changes anyhow. So it doesn't matter to me. The file I asked for...please. Save me a copy if it gets approved by SD, my galciv copy is a used physical copy and I don't have the registration key for updates, so I would have to have it given to me like these updates are. :]

I would normally be relieved that people agree with my findings but I am so pissed that my web cam has been hacked TWICE in one month, there's so many viruses and malware out there!!! As soon as I was turning off my laptop after writing my last post I saw my web cam was in the list of programs to close before shut down and there were all these odd numbers and letters next to it.
