What do you mean by 'skinner'? Like a person with a high user lvl; or someone who actually does skins for progs like WB, CursorXP, and Windows media et al?

Yea, they are almost exactly the same thing...and as arraciFleahciM said, WinMessenger comes with Xp the other is downloaded and will work on any Windows version (Not sure bout 95 but...)

I guess its all personal opinion...I think a lot of the abstract creations and terragen images (Along with my own) are really cool...but I dont feel the same about most of those photoshop walls... And of course, there will be many people who disagree with me...but thats what they like. 'There's no accounting for taste'
