SkinConsortium, just create a ZIP file containing the Winamp skin file and that email in a text file.

There is a utility you can burn to a CD and boot off of called BartPE that lets you access your Windows filesystem and delete vidstub.sys :)

I got meself an iPod touch also, great little thing. Oh, and some more RAM.
