No reason. Just a good year. And the party wasn't over, we're just partying like it's the past! Isn't he Prince again?

I'll have to remember the expired food if I ever go to Virginia. Ew. Tova, college-age people are kids. No-one has become an adult since 1999.

I considered it a 'status quo' of imports, not so much a dropoff. If we didn't import that oil, other countries would be starving!

It's not a beauty pageant, it's a scholarship program! Now that that's out of the way, I am less likely to watch the beauty pageant, because it's just not that great of a thing to watch. It's no fun lusting after women when your wife is right there with you, telling you to shut your eyes. "What! You get to watch the swimsuit portion of the contest, but I don't? It's a huge portion of the competition! I might miss one of them lacking poi

I KNEW Cows with Guns was disturbing, but I didn't know you wrote it. Actually, didn't see that post, glad I missed it. I wouldn't want to have worried about you. You're by far the coolest knitting, non-smoking trucker ever. I've never been to that big of a truck stop before. The biggest ones I go to are usually the rest areas on 90 from New York over to Indiana. It'

Illegals are still being deported from the United States, therefore the laws against being in this country illegally are still enforced, and enforcable. Therefore, all 12 million of them ARE criminals, by definition. Every day they break the law, and a misdemeanor at that, not even just a violation (I'm guessing most Americans break at least traffic laws every day). If they are caught, they go back to wherever they came from, therefore are fearful o

Clinton got with an intern, and I didn't. Therefore, he was the worst president ever. Anyway, what is all this pretending to be a member of the legislative branch? He's in the executive, per the constitution, if I remember American Government correctly, regardless of what powers he may hold in the Senate, which is only as a tiebreaker as far as I know. Maybe shooting him in the face would be a better solution, but I'm not sure.

Don't tell him he seems like a nice enough guy. Being nice enough isn't the problem. Just tell him the bad things about himself. That way, he can hide them better next time. "I don't want to cuddle you, or kiss you, because I've never even met you. Your unrealistic picture of our relationship can only lead to further delusions of intimacy that I am unwilling to deal with in the future. Begone!" Or something like that. I supp

I'm glad it was well received, and I'll definitely listen if you upload it. I'm especially curious how the arrangement is going, but I can't really discuss it with you because I don't have the vocabulary.

Such tough choices. Do I go for it, or do I just let it slip? Does he like me, or just want a date to the new Harry Potter film? There's really no way to know unless you try it out, but long distance is tough on everybody and is better avoided. Also, you might end up moving in the end to be with him, or him to you, and moving is absolutely the worst possible thing in the world to do in the best of situations! And then you might STILL break up, and

My grandparents had blueberries and raspberries growing on their land, so we would go up and pick them, and eat them. I like the orange raspberries the best.

... who would put that spending cap there? Isn't that who is doing all the spending? I think if we changed the litigation process to not allow spending bills to be added on to other bills, it would make things a little easier. So if a good law came up, you couldn't kill it by saying that 5 billion dollars will go to Minnesota if it's passed. But, that's a different topic. Welfare will currently pay for daycare if you have to leave your kid to work. I like that, but would ra

I blame the Universities for not offering comprehensive counter-terrorism classes, and not encouraging students to join the military. This whole article reminds me of the song National Brotherhood Week by Tom Lehrer, only without the week. http://www.stlyrics.com/songs/t/tomlehrer3903/nationalbrotherhoodweek185493.html Lyrics

My wife only works as a nanny a couple days a week, and she takes our kids with her. So that seems to be working out pretty well for us as a balance. A little extra money, without the lack on knowing who is raising our kids. It's only a couple days a week because the parents work from home the other days because they want to know who's rasing their kids too. Luckily, they and my wife have the same basic views towards child-rearing. Also, she trust

I think we should use snow for fuel in the north. There's plenty of that. Honestly, though, I think someone else posted something about this, and one of the major concerns was that Ethanol takes more energy to make than is in the final product. That just doesn't make sense to me. We need a new alternate fuel, one that doesn't take more energy to create it.

I think we should have a stipend given to all stay at home Moms, based on number of kids(with diminishing returns for each). I think professional mothers (thanks JD Robb) should be paid as such, and by the government, because it's a service to society. The hard part is putting a number on that service, and enforcing it properly. I can see abuse in the future, but I don't know how to stop it. But, they're already abusing the welfare programs, so what's the difference? Instead of be

Yes, but he's not running against Bush. Or running at all, as far as I know. So it could work, because Gore and Kerry both ran for president, pretty much shooting themselves in the foot. How can you not be Bush when you're running for President? Bush is just like that! Anyway, I would vote Gideon MacLeish for any number of reasons, but I can't think of them at the moment. I don't know that I support his party, but he seems like a level-he
