Apply the default Windows skin in WindowBlinds - if that does not work use System Restore to a time before you installed these programmes - did you reboot after installing these programmes and did you use Impulse to install them ?

Adding an emoticon to a comment in dreams library loads all the emoticons in a 2 deep by 3 screenwidth array so as to need horizontal scroll to find required emoticon such as thumb up, MSIE8, Win 7 64bit, 1920X1080 rez. FF3 does not have the problem.
