Scribbles I get often in some skins (no pattern to those that do it - probably may even be random) in Win dropdowns too, saves me running Broken Aero though. Re-applying the skin often corrects it.[e digicons][/e] The rename is annoying as hard to see the text to change, some I can workaround by right arrow to the end of the old name and then use backspace as this text is often more visually legible but with some even this is coloured injudiciously.

Acer or Asus do better and cheaper laptops for gaming than most, check out sites for LAN gaming and see what they are using apart from overpriced Alienware - beware of them secondhand as the warranty is tied to owner 1. Make sure you have good ventilation and a cooler for intensive gaming on a laptop and clean out the dust bunnies often.

We had it easy we were never going to be stolen, murdered o

If you install, you should uninstall via the approved way - through Control Panel add/remove in XP or Programs and Features in Vista, deleting the Folder does not get rid of Registry entries or files added to other areas, if you installed using Impulse uninstalling via that is Ok as well. The best thing to do is to re-install then uninstall properly or else try a rollback to time prior to your deletion using system restore.
