Ah good, I'll be renaming my first ship to ASS Bandit (Australian Starship)

Elden, Red Ant is the distributer for all of Oz, so for Adelaide it will be a little bit longer still (if at all). Looks like ordering from Stardock is the way to go. Arokh maybe someone you know with a credit card might be willing to make the purchase for you?
yeah prefer playing as human since I'm...well...human. For me the only reason to play another race is for different traits. GalCiv seems to be the best of both worlds.
Ah ok that makes more sense, I assumed they were more like regional governors. I guess they're more ministers or secretaries than governors. And yes, in an empire of possibly a 100 billion people you would expect more than 4 ministers, they must have some pretty hefty portfolio's :)
From reading the encyclopaedia it seems the way the governors work is pretty straight forward. But my question is how effective are they in reality? Since all your planets have different production levels then your buildings and units will be popping out at different rates. And what happens when you add a recently colonised planet to a governors list that contains planets that are already quite developed? Just interested to know how you beta testers have handled those
Yeah Strategy First would get a cut from the boxed version since they are the ones printing it.
True Wydomaker, I don't think that age old debate will be resolved here. hmm my original post "it would be a real shame for MOO3's sales to dwarf that of GalCiv's" was infact correct. Now will somebody please tell me where I left my brain . . .
That's very good news Arokh, hopefully that means it will be in Melbourne also. If EB stores in other places in Oz (and NZ ;)) don't have it I'm sure it won't be a hassle to order it.
Nah NZ's great, 2nd best country on the planet :p
Melbourne, Australia
But would that mean we'd have to drag New Zealand along too? Oh alright :notsure: btw, my above post should have read "it would be a real shame for GalCiv's sales to dwarf that of MOO3's" not the other way around :)
Strategy First needs to push this game a lot harder than they have. It seems many people have only heard about it through the MOO3 forums, myself included. If they do the distribution and promotion right this game could be as big as what MOO3 was supposed to be. Yeah it does take money, but it would be a real shame for MOO3's sales to dwarf that of GalCivs. The masses deserve this game after what they've been through recently. Perhaps if we all start emailing EB they might sto
