Try leaving your units in a city for a turn or two- maybe I'm imagining things but I think you regen mana faster when in cities. That might be my imagination or the effect of buildings I'm not considering though.
I think it's your imagination. I have never seen any of my Channelers regen more than 1 mana per turn in any city.
1) Everytime I get a new patch from you guys all of my settings are reset which is quite annoying. Is it really necessary to change my auto move, mouse settings, ect everytime there is a patch? I just get the impression there will be lots of patches for this game and having to remember all my settings (I change a lot of them) is rather annoying.
I agree on this one. My starting position in my one and only game, that I'm still playing, I started with only a Fertile Land. As my Adventure Tech went up, it opened up a Pumpkin Patch, an Apiary, and a Gold Mine. That's it.
At the moment you kinda have to weed through the different pages to get at them. I know I posted a ton back on page 15, and going backwards or forwards a page will find you a lot more.
Ah! Thank you :) I thought there was a link to the images on another web site, somewhere. But right-clicking on the avatars and saving works fine.
Ok, the autocombat details I get. But I can't find a numeric listing for spell damage in the spell book (spell book = where you research spells right?), just the text that says up to caster int. Probably missing something obvious here, but could you be even more specific? I downloaded Firefox to upload an avatar since IE 8 wasn't working, but Firefox didn't work either. However, using joeuser.com to upload did work. Is there a link I'm missing somewhere? Neither IE 8 nor Firefox is showing a link in the original post, so I can't find the E:Wom Avatars :(
Yeah I saw that in the other thread. What's up with the press release link not working?
From https://forums.elementalgame.com/392474 : With regards to a post on Rock Paper Shot Gun, which picked up the PC Gamer UK story, they erroneously point to a 2+ year old URL to a Stardock news item that is no longer active (we switched news systems a year or so ago
I did a search on Ultra Edit and found a list of Open Source (which is free) alternatives: http://www.osalt.com/ultraedit . Another tool to consider is Multi Edit ( http://www.multiedit.com/ ). I used to use this editor back in my days of programming in Clipper, and I remember it supported many types of languages. I haven't done anything with XML, but for those looking for an editor, it's somet

Actually, the campaign is supposed to be a tutorial. Not sure how well that worked out, though. You can also watch Brad's Video Tutorials: https://forums.elementalgame.com/391280 I think we'll probably see something posted in the forum by the end of the week, along the lines of a tips & hints guide.

Just remember that "Net Neutrality" is double-speak, and it's not what you would actually get. People who think a "Net Neutrality" bill would be a good idea need to do some research.
I read that there is an item (are items) that can be given to your troops/allies, that will heal some of their hit points. I can't remember the name(s) though. There are also healing spells.
Tom Chick has posted the second entry in his Elemental diary: http://fidgit.com/archives/2010/08/elemental_flesh_and_steel.php For my first real game of Elemental , I had a plan. I had already dinked around in two or three tentative games, which were mostly spent trying to figure out
Do you people speaking out against piracy honestly have NO pirated software on your computer whatsoever? And I use OpenOffice for business (word processing, spreadsheets, etc.) application
