I’ve been thinking a lot about video games that have lots of puzzles in them lately. Maybe it’s because we’re approaching Father’s Day in a couple of weeks and I have fond recollections of playing things like Monkey Island and Myst in the den with my grandfather, or maybe it’s because the long days in quarantine are starting to force me into comfort through nostalgia. I honestly had been meaning to get into more of Neil Gaiman's works for a long time, and recently I finally got around to starting Neverwhere . So far, not at all disappointed. I do love his writing tone and cadence a lot.

Monday was Star Wars Day, and as I’m writing this it’s currently Revenge of the 5th, so...I’m just declaring that this week is “Star Wars Week” and so you’re getting a Star Wars blog. Yub nub! I am prone to nostalgia, I fully admit this. Star Wars, in and of itself, is full of those old, wonderful memories for me - my Dad raised me and my sister on the movies, and our favorite Fr

He has been a complete Star Wars junkie ever since and, even at age 45, still has a huge collection of figurines and 'official' toys. Has seen every film & watched all the related spin-off series and streaming stuff. Amazing what in impression
Next week marks one of my favorite holidays. Unfortunately for me and my office mates, we will be spending it apart from each other in our own homes. For us, May 4th is a day of geeky celebration, of shared memes and, more importantly, shared (and themed!) food. When my first opportunity to celebrate Star Wars with some fellow nerds came around, I started fairly simple. I happened to have cupcake wrappers and decor

I’ve been spending the last several weeks in isolation (like most people), and because I have no coworkers around me to inconvenience, this means taking off the headset and blasting my music of choice out of my computer speakers. What I listen to usually depends on what I’m writing (for example, I have a different set of music for writing stories than I do for writing, say, software press releases
I'd think that should be an adults only rating. They are technically gambling at that point in regards to the "random items"? And does anywhere allow teens to gamble?
To a certain degree, I definitely agree with you - and that's definitely been the debate. IS this gambling? And if we define it as such, how far will that definition have to reach? Does it have to apply to randomized toy capsules as well? And so on.</
