The Shale storyline in Dragon Age 1. Discovering the lore about her, the golems, and the Dwarves was pretty awesome.
I LOVE this questline! Another awesome example of how something that isn't necessary to the overall main story can still be compelling and interesting. It doesn't have to give you a shiny new item or superpower to be worth it - the story, often times, is its own reward.
Oh man, to be honest, I have tons. Being asked to recall them specifically, though, makes it hard to sort through them in my head and pick only a couple. We'll start with Final Fantasy Tactics . There were a lot of little optional side-quests and optional characters that you could have easily avoided entirely and still beaten the game, but I feel like a lot of depth and joy is lost by skipp

There's actually a really cool short documentary series on Netflix called " The Toys That Made Us ," and one of the episodes covers the Star Wars toy franchise. It was a pretty good watch, with some interesting info. Highly recommend. As far as the rest of the franchise, Lucas has always been good at conceptualizing and vision - he is not&nb
Star Wars fan as well. Not going.
Trailer didn't do it for you, eh? I'm honestly a little leery myself.
I will certainly see it at some point, but I very rarely go see movies on their opening weekend, I got that out of my system 40 years ago.
Hah, that's fair. Most times I'll avoid it, but I try to go early enough to dodge spoilers. When I used to work with kids, it was even worse - I'd almost have to see movies immediately or they'd just blurt out everything, lol. Not with malice, of
So, I'm a total Star Wars nerd and if it says Star Wars, I need to see it at least once. Anyone else hyped, or feeling especially "meh" about it? I usually go see this stuff with my Dad, so it's always a good excuse to spend some time together - but this Friday I'm going to cut out and see Deadpool 2 instead of s

St. Patrick's Day is almost here! I thought I'd celebrate by sharing some of my favorite Dreams, wallpapers, and skins from WinCustomize. There aren't a ton of shamrocks and leprechauns specifically, so I tried to keep the heart of the holiday in my mind as I selected these. You'll see Irish landscapes, a lot of green, and everyone's favorite beverage of choice for St. Patrick's day, too. ;) What's better than the ruins of a castle beside the sea? Maybe a fully function
As much as it pains me to admit it, I’ve been out of college for awhile now - 10 years in April, to be precise. Still, I have fond memories of Ren Faire, campus life, apartment living, and a community of close friends. The less fond memories include apartment living (two sides to every coin!), tuition, and those sleepless nights of crunchtime because I forgot about (or procrastinated on, let’s be real here) a paper that was due the next day. <a
