oh ya i see now after i downloaded the patch, the patch totally changed the starting up system. ;p

ya, in my last game i played when i got to terror stars in the tech tree, i was the federalist party and STILL was losing money every turn, with only the default 50% government spending.

you guys talk about setting planet quality higher as an ability...did i miss something? i never saw this option when i created my race...did they add it in on one of that patches or something? because i still need to install the patch

ok i suck. whenever i play a game, i plummet in to scary red numbers at frightening speeds...eventually anyway. only way i can stop this is by lowering government spending to like 10%, and then my planets dont have enough funding to do anything useful. also my other problem is with morale. i cant keep it high!!! it always drops... what am i doing wrong?
