If You mean the real "Threee deeee" then You should use some kind of 3d proggie, like 3ds max, maya whatever. And they're costly. If You mean the "3d look" then Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro or even paint will do the trick. As they say, Practice makes perfect

Listen Carefully: Go in Control Panel > Folder Options > File types and wait while list loads. Then find "WBA" and press the "change", point it to WBLOAD.EXE (should be in Your WindowBlinds installation directory). Alternatively, You can press the "Restore" button in the same place where is "Change" button. Hope it helps.
