it looks like everyone is ether voting for logo# 17 or for logo# 19. not much interest has been shown in the other logos, which kinda surprised me, since some of them are pretty good im beginning to like logo# 10, so im going to change my vote. remember that thursday around 5pm-ish eastern time is the last day to vote/change your vote. my new vote first choice -#17 (no change) second choice -#10 (new) third choice -#18 (no change)

i know i said that voting will end on this thursday, but i just relized that i never specified when on thursday it will end. i think it will make most sense to end votes whenever i come home from classes thursday, which should be around 4-5pm eastern time.

logo# 04, 09 and 17 are the proper "evil" pentagrams. logo# 03 and 05 arent proper "evil" pentagrams since they are upside down. i think they are considered good luck or something by wicans or some other group when they are in that position. if you ever go door-to-door canvasing or something, you will actually see quite a few front doors with a "good" pentagram on it someplace.

exactly, we would be an empire that doesnt make freinds, and if we do make a freind, we backstab them. "The Fellowship of the Ring" could be called T.F.O.T.R. or something similar, and they would be a good civ. G.R.O.S.S. could be a civ that likes to attack trade routes. the Special Forces could be a civ that owns few, but very powerfull ships. i havent thought of what the personalities of the other empires would be, but im sure something will come up by the time galciv2 is in deve

the reason why for the 3 choices is because we dont have that many people voting. i want to avoid the situation where a whole bunch of logos get 1 or 2 votes, with no clear winner. with 3 choices, with 1st getting 3 points, 2nd getting 2 points, and 3rd getting 1 point, we will have a much better idea as to what logo won. remember, everyone in Evil Empire is allowed to vote, and everyone that votes must give 3 choices.

no one really complained about holding a vote, so i guess we will hold a vote for a new logo. the suggested logos are here -> http://evil.galciv.org/history.htm make sure you get the numbers right for the logos, and also, if you got any last minute logos, send them in very soon.
