Negative Treasury in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

It looks like having a negative treasury permanently messes up the graph of your funding, as it seems to see the negative number as a very high positive number. This persists, as later if your funds get higher, they are never high enough to show up as anything other then zero compared to the very high number. Perhaps I am missing a setting, as I am just playing my first game, but I was wondering if this was a known problem? It seems like either having the scale of the y axis allow negative nu
