Being first in everything isn't very hard late in game but for all the Planets I'm guessing he took the evil path that gave him probably about 40%-50% better planet quality. ~SDC~
Who he decides to team with is decided by who he thinks has the best chance of winning or he may just decide to stay out of it all together as whoever wins will still be his ally. ~SDC~
The special abilities like that are under the ability. if you look right above end tech you see abilty with diplomacy next to it this is what gives abilities. diplomacy is one not sure what the others are. I know trade is one but can't think of any others. Just look in the .tech files to find the others not sure if you can make up your own abilities. Yep I managed two get 3 evil players to join up for an alliance victory of course have a military rating of 330 is what probably did it. Easiest way to get evil poeple to be your friend is to get a giant military. ~SDC~
I don't really care much about the metavers ratings but since they do try and base the AI off top players when the top players just hacked the game that will make it harder to try and make a better AI as they then have to guess on who hacked and who didn't. ~SDC~
Um I've seen the AI use missles against me not often but it has kinda confused me as I didn't think they could use them either but apparently his most powerful ship was a missle. ~SDC~
