UPDATE: Windows 10 Insider Preview update, (Mar 25, 2016), to Build 14295, seems to have fixed the multiple monitors/snipping tool issue. However, I still need to Unload Windows Blinds to run Camtasia Recorder.
Curious to learn of others experiences with this: Using 'Old/New Explorer' to disable the hideous Explorer Ribbon and show the classic Command Bar; there are many WB themes that won't render the command bar properly. Just wondered if others experienced similar or, if it's inherent or I'm missing something. Please share your thoughts.
I've got a bit of a different issue: It seems that Universal Apps that you are or have been signed into, do not stay pinned to the 'Start10' Menu! Still testing scenarios out, but it seems peculiar.

Is your resolution set to native? Also, try uncheck 'Use large icons':
I had similar problems, but I reset dpi and text size back to default, now is okay.

With Windows Blinds 10, any screen capture software or 'snipping' tools makes Explorer crash! :(
Nope, doesn't work. It's like Firefox has built in an immersive UI! :(
