an idea for you LM ask alex for a mods.galciv.org and get one of the real web page wizzs to build a mod web site that you can upload to. folks with a few mods can have direct upload and publish access while others can be administrated by a few in know until they are compitent.. You can even have a rating and a download count.. Something along the lines of the war of worlds II web site by idleprocess just an idea..

I find that this happens if you close stardock central before it logs on properly. which can take upto 2 minutes even though i'm on a cable connection.

event Inter galaxtic Civilazation want to set up a base of operation. Will you allow this to happen. good.. Sell them a planet for 10000 bc and set up trade routes +10 trade bonus neutral.. Sell them a space station for 5000bc and forget about them +10 culture resist Evil. Sell them a planet for 3000bc then invade them for all that lovely new technoligy. +1 speed +1 range +1 weapons +5%PQ will need to do some balancing here..
