Cool I love potatoe salad, but my best is maccaroni salad, do you want my cuban/italian recipe for macarroni salad is a big hit. I will post it anyway I usually make for 15 people, I use 2 packages of 1 lb each, I boil the maccaroni until they are "al dente", in a big bowl I mix mayonnaise, almost 1/2 jar of the big one, you can add a little bit of mayonaise and then add more as much as you like, OK going back to the bowl, I mix the mayonaise with 2 cans of pineapple's tidbits
